Your responsibilities

After our Remarketing department launches the expertise in the designated system, the Contract Termination Team comes into action. Your main responsibilities are:

• Perform the administrative closing of contracts in Miles
• Review and validate contract termination documentation, ensuring completeness and compliance with internal procedures
• Handle Salesforce cases related to contract termination queries, the majority is early termination proposals and invoice related questions
• Manage multiple shared mailboxes and ensure timely, accurate responses to incoming email inquiries

Who are we looking for?

• You are fluent in Dutch, English and French
• You have strong administrative skills and have a hands-on mentality
•  Experience with tools like Miles and Salesforce are a plus but not a must
• you can distinguish main and secondary issues
• you work accurately and attentively
• you are a team player
