Job Description

The Enabling & Support Specialist plays a critical role in the training, enabling, and supporting PSMs (product, service, and solution manager). This position is key in ensuring that the application is used effectively across the organization, providing a vital link between PSMs, development team, and the tool's functionality.

Qualifications

  • Good understanding of product and requirement management principles
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps and its features to organize requirements in an agile team setup
  • Skilled in distilling higher-level requirements into detailed technical specifications
  • Strong communication skills, capable of conveying complex information in an accessible manner
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Ability to work effectively both in a team and independently, with a high degree of self-motivation and self-direction
  • Fluent English
