The Position
As the Enabling Lead for Roche Services (APAC), you will be a trusted partner to the GM and work closely with the Roche Enabling Network (APAC REN) to deliver the RSS APAC vision. By managing stakeholders, following up on deliverables and triaging problems, you will enable and support the GM in the delivery of site objectives.
You’ll be :

Collaborate with the GM and APAC REN to drive the strategic agenda, ad-hoc meetings, priorities and follow up on agreed action items. Partner with APAC REN members and People Leaders to co-create strategic organisational initiatives and activities from development through successful execution across the site.

Foster agility & collaboration between cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between organisation’s goals and site initiative. Analyse and consolidate gathered information to prepare proposals, reports and presentations.

Lead the preparation of the KPI Site Report and Project Dashboard report periodically. Measure and share RSS APAC’s progress in achieving its broader organisational goals. Ensure all business activities comply with relevant Company SOPs, local laws and are of high ethical standards.

Support the GM on special projects, relationships with external and internal stakeholders and any other ad hoc tasks. Keep abreast with local and latest trends in the shared services industry

Strategy : Develop and maintain a regional alignment framework for the R2R business line. Support the development of strategic goals and objectives of the R2R business line; create transparency and coordination of projects / initiatives by connecting key stakeholders from impacted business lines; support the alignment with other business lines, E2E BPM and Enabling teams ; support the identification and operationalisation of new services with the business lines

Operations : Develop and maintain a common operating support model for the R2R business line. Participate in business line operations discussions to have an E2E view on what is happening in the product service lines.Coordinate and support the facilitation of periodic business line reviews. Work closely with colleagues in the business lines across multiple sites to plan, schedule and support business line initiatives.
Who you are:

Minimally Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline. Minimum 7+ years of working experience, preferably with consulting experience
