About the RoleWe’re looking for a hands-on, systems-oriented Enablement Systems Manager to lead day-to-day operations and continuous improvement of our learning and content platforms. This role is foundational to how we scale enablement at Snowflake, owning key processes and driving cross-functional collaboration across internal stakeholders, platform teams, and program leaders.
You’ll work within our LMS and CMS environments to ensure accuracy, scalability, and usability. You’ll take the lead in identifying and implementing system improvements, coordinating enhancements across teams, and helping define governance frameworks that ensure consistency and quality across the organization.
In this role, you willOwn and continuously improve core workflows across our LMS and CMS platforms, including tagging, intake, QA, and reporting
Drive platform support operations, including triage, troubleshooting, and resolution of user issues
Document processes, identify opportunities for simplification, and champion workflow consistency across teams
Collaborate with content creators and enablement strategists to influence governance standards and improve content architecture
Partner with platform owners to scope, test, and roll out enhancements
Monitor usage and feedback to proactively recommend and implement improvements that drive adoption and business value
3+ years of experience with learning or content systems (CMS, LMS) in an operational or systems role
Strong communication and documentation skills, with the ability to translate technical processes for non-technical stakeholders
A systems-thinking mindset with attention to detail and the initiative to lead cross-functional improvements
Comfort working across technical teams, enablement strategists, and business stakeholders
Proven ability to drive adoption, partner with and train internal stakeholders, and improve process governance
Familiarity with enablement, learning, or content strategy frameworks
Experience working with APIs, webhooks, or low-code/no-code development environments is a plus
