About the Role:
As an Enablement Ops Intern at AIO, you'll help create the content and visuals that power our internal and customer-facing enablement.
From illustrations and graphics to videos and edited assets, you'll turn ideas and rough material into polished, on-brand content that helps people understand and use AIO better.
This is a great role for a creative, detail-oriented person who loves design and storytelling and wants to build a versatile content and design portfolio.

What will be your responsibilities?
- Create original content and visual assets, including illustrations, graphics, and design elements.
- Design and edit videos — from short explainers and tutorials to promotional and internal enablement clips.
- Produce and format enablement materials such as guides, decks, and templates.
- Edit and repurpose existing content across formats and channels while keeping it on-brand.
- Collaborate with the team to translate briefs and rough concepts into finished deliverables.
- Organize and maintain content files and asset libraries.
- Incorporate feedback and iterate to hit quality and brand standards
What are we looking for and what does it require to be the right fit for this role?
- A creative eye with attention to detail and visual consistency.
- Experience or strong interest in illustration, graphic design, and/or video editing.
- Familiarity with design and editing tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar).
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Openness to feedback and eagerness to learn.
- A portfolio, reel, or samples of your work [strongly preferred].
Nice to have:
- Motion graphics or animation skills.
- Basic understanding of brand and content guidelines.
- Copywriting or scripting ability for video and content
