The OpportunityThis is a ground-floor opportunity to help build and scale Encore’s Enablement function. As one of the earliest members of a growing team, you will play a key role in coordinating the logistics, systems, content, and operations behind both new-hire onboarding and ongoing (“everboarding”) training programs.
The Enablement Coordinator ensures training programs run seamlessly by managing schedules, participant communications, materials, reporting, and cross-functional coordination. This role allows facilitators and subject matter experts to focus on delivering impactful training while you create the operational foundation that keeps programs organized, effective, and scalable.
Your fingerprints will be on the systems, processes, and experiences that support the growth and development of our sales and field teams across the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Schedule and send calendar invites for onboarding and ongoing training sessions, including ramp programs for new hires
- Coordinate new-hire logistics (travel, lodging, transportation, accommodations) and book/confirm learning spaces
- Maintain training calendars across both onboarding and everboarding cadences, avoiding conflicts
- Prep, order, and maintain training materials and collateral for both new-hire and ongoing programs
- Maintain playbooks, battlecards, objection-handling guides, and onboarding content tailored to fire suppression, inspection, and service line offerings
- Keep the content/materials library current as programs evolve
- Maintain rosters and tracking for new hires (start dates, confirmations, completion) and ongoing training (attendance, completion, participation)
- Track training completion and correlate enablement activity against SOW growth and NNA attainment
- Report findings and program metrics to Enablement and RevOps team
- Serve as point of contact for participants on logistics questions
- Coordinate with facilitators/SMEs to schedule sessions and secure resources
- Manage training-related communication channels and route location/logistics invoices for approval
- Maintain the enablement content library, CRM-adjacent resources, and LMS/training platform so materials stay current and easy to find
- Gather feedback from sales and field teams to identify training gaps and content needs
- 2–4 years of experience in a coordinator, training support, learning & development, HR, operations, or logistics-focused role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple programs, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.
- Experience using scheduling tools, Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Excel, and related productivity software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to own recurring processes and operational checklists.
- Experience coordinating travel, events, training programs, or large-scale logistics is preferred.
