Job Description:
What You'll Do
- Executes strategy for advanced payment products including EMV, Transit, 3DS, and QR Code with a variety of regional payment partners (Issuers, Acquirers, Gateways, etc). Works closely with business partners to identify market requirements to be incorporated into the product, and provide support to the internal teams as they promote products and services to clients.
- Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management.
How You'll Do It
- Ensures product delivery goals are met by providing SME support to internal and external partners to deliver against the strategy.
- Defines and aligns product delivery approach and goals for allocated markets/partners across key business partners and manages clear communications around progress against strategy.
- Collaborates across team to ensure appropriate tracking of metrics, reporting, project status. Assesses opportunities to improve product delivery processes and develop efficiency programs.
- Identifies opportunities to effectively utilize incentive budget.
- Represents DFS at industry and client events, and prepare and deliver SME-level presentations to multiple levels of internal and external management.
Qualifications You'll Need
The Basics
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field
- 6+ years of experience in EMV, Banking, Payments, Certification, smart cards, contactless NFC, QR code, 3DS or related
- In lieu of a degree, 8+ years of experience in EMV, Banking, Payments, Certification, smart cards, contactless NFC, QR code, 3DS or related

Bonus Points If You Have
- 8+ years of experience in EMV, Banking, Payments, Certification, smart cards, contactless NFC, QR code, 3DS or related
- Experience in implementing EMV programs for financial institutions, specializing in contact and contactless standards and EMVCo protocols. Proven experience in building and deploying acceptance solutions, including PIN-enabled contactless solutions for physical cards, mobile payments, and wearables.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact at all levels
- Well-developed presentation skills, including the ability to effectively deliver information to internal and external constituents at all levels
- Strong business experience while still understanding technical concepts
- Experienced in managing multiple partner / vendor relationships simultaneously; must possess excellent client management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage strategic planning and goal setting, with a keen ability to prioritize
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to understand complex technical concepts.

Compensation:
The base pay for this position generally ranges between $88,500.00 to $149,300.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
