Description:We are looking for a dedicated EMS Supervisor who will embrace our core values to come join our team and assist us in continuing to provide quality care for our local communities.
You would be responsible the coordination of organizational activities to assure the smooth consistent delivery of clinical services.

What will you do:

  • Provides leadership to clinical staff members.
  • Coaches, facilitates and leads the workforce in the consistent achievement of high-quality patient care delivery and skills proficiency with consistently outstanding customer satisfaction.
  • Responsible for assuring appropriate consistent use of medical protocols, incident command, safety standards, policy and standard operating guidelines with common sense and good judgment and demonstrating the highest degree of professionalism and customer service.   

Work Hours/Shift:

  • Full-time, Rotating Shifts

Minimum Requirements:

  • High School Graduate.  Associate’s degree preferred.
  • Three (3) years’ of EMS experience with at least two (2) years as a Paramedic
  • Active Paramedic licensure in good standing within the State of Connecticut. 
  • Valid drivers license with a driving history acceptable to insurance carrier.
  • AHA BLS, ACLS and PALS Certification.  NIMS 700,800 Certified.  ICS 100, 200, 300, 400 Certified, preferred.
  • Maintains all medical control requirements for medical practice authorization at the Paramedic level.  Knowledge of state and local EMS laws, rules, protocols and regulations.  Progressive experience leading multi-disciplinary teams at various levels within an organization. Ability to travel to all locations, work rotating shifts, weekends, holidays; with the ability to respond to immediate recall, participate in mandatory hold when required.
