Job Responsibilities:

  • Implement EHR to meet customer requirements, following project plan and scope documentation.
  • Carry out implementation of CureMD solutions and selected 3rd-party products, as per project plan and success factors.
  • Identify and resolve issues encountered during implementation of CureMD products and third-party system integration.
  • Assist customers with all necessary configurations to ensure full functionality, as defined in the contract scope.
  • Load initial database with customer-specific information.
  • Provide formal training and knowledge transfer to CureMD customers.
  • Conduct User Acceptance Testing with customers and provide advice on testing strategy.
  • Serve as the application expert and ensure system setup supports desired workflows.
  • Collaborate with customers, Project Managers, Sales, consulting, and finance teams to understand customer needs and ensure solution meets business, functional, and financial goals.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, and provide guidance on best practices for system configuration and implementation.
  • Analyze and document customer business requirements and recommend optimal solutions.
  • Review escalated support requests, suggest best resolutions, and maintain reference records.
  • Provide weekly status reports to assist management and increase successful delivery.
  • Produce client-facing reports and documents as required.
  • Design and monitor customer and team KPIs.
  • Design, develop, and implement staff learning and development programs, utilizing tools such as Workday, MS Dynamics, and Teamwork.
  • Conduct quarterly and yearly team member evaluations and participate in goal-setting and staff meetings.
  • Interview, assess, and recommend new hires using internal evaluation templates.
  • Develop new team member onboarding and evaluation matrix.
  • Participate in RFP design, development, and analysis, and perform vendor analysis, comparison, negotiation, and contracting to establish and maintain business partnerships.
  • Develop business reporting matrix, including MRR, churn matrix, unit economics, and financial summaries. Utilize tools such as MS Dynamics 365, Azure DevOps, Teamwork, and client databases.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field
  • 5 years of experience in Implementation Management positions such as EMR Project Manager, Implementations Manager, or related positions
  • Experience must include 5+ years of progressive experience in designing and implementing career development programs using SMART goals
  • 3 + years of experience in vendor analysis, comparison, negotiation, and contracting
  • 3+ years experience in developing business reporting matrix, utilizing tools such as MS Dynamics 365, Azure DevOps, Teamwork, and client databases
