Qualifications:
We welcome motivated freshmen and sophomores who are curious about accounting and professional services to apply. If you're eager to learn, grow, and connect, Empower is for you!
- College freshman or sophomore
- Currently pursuing or planning to pursue a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting
- Interest in opportunities within accounting or professional services
- GPA of 3.0 preferred, but not required
- Available to participate on the program date
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future
Skill Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate and adapt in team environments
- Engagement in campus organizations, clubs, or leadership roles is a plus
