Qualifications:

We welcome motivated freshmen and sophomores who are curious about accounting and professional services to apply. If you're eager to learn, grow, and connect, Empower is for you!

College freshman or sophomore
Currently pursuing or planning to pursue a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting
Interest in opportunities within accounting or professional services
GPA of 3.0 preferred, but not required
Available to participate on the program date
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future

Skill Requirements:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to collaborate and adapt in team environments
Engagement in campus organizations, clubs, or leadership roles is a plus
