The successful candidate must be able to influence and manage process improvement at all levels, from the "Senior Leader floor to the production floor" and all layers in between. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of process improvement principles, and self-motivation are essential.
- Support global improvement strategies to optimize processes and drive standardization across the organization.
- Lead and manage key improvement projects within the region, utilizing DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyse, Improve, Control) and other relevant methodologies.
- Ensure projects are executed with a data-driven approach, delivering measurable results and business impact.
- Leverage Lean Six Sigma, Design Thinking, and Agile to enhance product development, service delivery, and related value stream activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather input, share ideas, and ensure project success. Contribute to effective communication and coordination to drive implementation and sustain improvements.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by delivering Lean Six Sigma training/inductions, leading improvement workshops, maintaining an active community, and coaching project leads.

- Minimum of 5+ years in service/technology industries. 2+ years as a Green Belt/ Black Belt with hands-on Lean expertise. Engineering or Related Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Language proficiency: English (required).
- Proven success in partnering with operations in driving business performance gains.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing business strategies, driving continuous improvement, leveraging analytics, and implementing technology to enhance business performance.
- LSS Coaching experience, advanced PowerPoint and presentation skills, advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot.t tables, charting), and SigmaXL/Minitab for statistical measurement.
- Demonstrated ability to transform an organization's culture through process and metrics-driven performance. Ability to work across various cultures – adaptable, and respectful of differences.
