We're seeking an experienced Employment Tax Manager to join our growing team.
Aprio’s tax professionals are committed to exceptional client service and developing and implementing intelligent strategies that can assist our clients with their federal, state and local employment tax issues, as well as help them identify cost savings opportunities.

- Identify employment tax savings and process improvement opportunities for clients.
- Review and prepare employment tax analyses, technical memoranda, and client deliverables.
- Assist clients with IRS and state employment tax audits, notices, and controversy matters.
- Support preparation and review of amended employment tax returns and refund claims.
- Conduct technical research utilizing platforms such as CCH, Checkpoint, Bloomberg Tax, and other research tools.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service and technical expertise.
- Collaborate with partners, directors, and cross-functional service teams to deliver integrated solutions.
- Identify additional client needs and support business development initiatives.
- Mentor, develop, and coach associates and senior associates.
- Review work product and provide technical guidance.
