O que você vai fazer no seu dia a dia:
- Gerenciar compliance de employment tax (INSS, FGTS, IRPF e payroll) para operações locais e internacionais
- Interpretar mudanças regulatórias e definir posicionamentos fiscais para compensações e benefícios
- Atuar preventivamente na mitigação de riscos fiscais e garantir conformidade com políticas internas
- Trabalhar de forma integrada com times de Payroll, HR e Mobility para garantir execução adequada das operações
- Apoiar auditorias e processos de fiscalização, definindo estratégias e conduzindo interações com autoridades
- Assessorar stakeholders internos sobre impactos fiscais e oportunidades de planejamento tributário
- Revisar implicações fiscais em aquisições e apoiar decisões estratégicas de staffing e mobilidade

- Conhecimento em obrigações fiscais (eSocial, DIRF, FGTS Digital, EFD-Reinf, DCTFWeb)
- Experiência em contencioso tributário (administrativo e judicial)
- Conhecimento de acordos internacionais para evitar dupla tributação
- Formação superior em Direito, Contabilidade, Economia ou áreas correlatas
- Inglês avançado e português fluente (obrigatórios)

Skills Required
- Advanced English proficiency
- Fluent Portuguese proficiency
- Minimum 5 years of experience in employment tax
- Experience with global mobility and/or expatriates
- Knowledge of Brazilian tax obligations, including eSocial, DIRF, FGTS Digital, EFD-Reinf, and DCTFWeb
- Experience with administrative and judicial tax litigation
- Knowledge of international double-taxation agreements
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
