Employment Specialist – ACCES-VR
Greystone Programs | Orange County, NY | Part-Time | Non-Exempt
Help individuals with developmental disabilities find and succeed in meaningful employment. In this role, you'll assess job readiness, deliver personalized vocational training, provide hands-on job coaching at community sites, and maintain documentation of individual progress. Schedule flexibility is required to support individuals during their working hours. Some driving/transportation of individuals may be required.
This position is part-time.
QualificationsRequired Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science degree with a minimum of one year of experience in rehabilitation placement OR a B.S. degree with current enrollment in a Master's program in vocational rehabilitation counseling or a related field
- Completion of required vocational rehabilitation placement training upon hire
- Valid driver's license, safe driving record, and access to a personal vehicle
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
