About the role:
We are seeking a Coordinator, Global Employment Relations & HR Compliance to join the Employment Relations & Compliance team. You will report to the Global HR Compliance Manager and be based in our New York City office. This is a new position within the People organization. This role provides administrative and operational support to ensure smooth handling of employee relations issues and compliance programs across multiple regions. This role supports investigations, documentation, and reporting processes while ensuring adherence to global employment laws and organizational policies.
The Coordinator role will focus on supporting the breadth of the Employee Relations department including, but not limited to, helping execute day-to-day compliance tasks related to the employee lifecycle; supporting the conflict resolution process; building governance frameworks for policy management; creating data reports reflecting employment trends and analysis and other employee relations projects.
You Will:

Provide support to the Global HR Compliance Manager and overall Employee Relations team.

Implement and maintain a governance framework for all Company policies, ensuring appropriate distribution, in alignment with local regulations.

Coordinate compliance-related audits, organizing all documentation required.

Track completion of global training programs, ensuring compliance with regulatory and policy requirements.

Partner with the Company’s Unemployment Insurance vendor to ensure timely responses to claims and hearing requests.

Work with the State/Federal Compliance Poster vendor to ensure posters are sent to business locations.

Provide guidance to line management and team members on HR policies and procedures.

Assist with intake and tracking data pertaining to employee relations cases across different regions, ensuring that processes are culturally sensitive and compliant with local labor laws.

Monitor case timelines and track resolutions to ensure global consistency and timely follow-up.

Generate reports reflecting statistics of various case issues to identify potential trends.

Maintain strict confidentiality of information to include, but not limited to, conversations, documents, files, complaints and investigations.
You Have:

1+ years of experience working in Human Resources, or a related field

Experience communicating (written and verbal) effectively and tactfully

Strong interpersonal skills in dealing with all levels of management

Experience using and maintaining multiple tools such as Microsoft Office, Adobe Pro, Gmail, Google Docs, Google Slides, Google Form and Google Sheets

Experience coordinating and performing multiple tasks

Solid organizational skills, with strong attention to detail/accuracy

Pay Range: $55,000 - $65,000
