About the RoleThe Employment Law Analyst will provide support to ComPsych’s Absence Management team through conducting research and providing updated legal information.
What You'll Do- Conduct ADA and FMLA compliance research as well as state and municipal leave policy research
- Communicate updated information to ComPsych’s Sales, Account Services and Operations teams
- Work with Absence Management team members to adjust guidance around FMLA/ADA updated compliance
- Review and organize current research data
- Special projects as assigned
- Other duties as assigned
- Bachelor's Degree required, JD preferred

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work independently
- Occasional travel to the Chicago office for onsite team meetings

- The salary range for this position is $52,000 - $62,000 USD. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, and scheduled hours.
