Position Overview
This unique, dual-role position combines employment-focused case management with Clubhouse Generalist responsibilities, allowing you to support individuals both one-on-one and in a community-based recovery setting. You’ll work directly with clients to remove barriers to care, build employment skills, and support long-term independence, while also contributing to a vibrant, recovery-oriented clubhouse environment.
What You’ll Do
Employment & Case Management
- Assess client needs across employment, housing, transportation, and other life domains
- Help clients develop job readiness skills (resume writing, interviewing, job coaching)
- Connect individuals to community resources, services, and support systems
- Coordinate care with providers, agencies, and support networks
Clubhouse Engagement
- Partner with members in side-by-side daily work and skill-building activities
- Foster a supportive, structured environment promoting recovery and independence
- Provide vocational and educational guidance in a group setting
Collaboration & Impact
- Work within a multidisciplinary team to deliver person-centered care
- Maintain accurate documentation in electronic health records
- Identify risks and escalate concerns when needed

QualificationsQualifications & Skills
Education Experience (Required)
-
Bachelor’s Degree in a behavioral health or healthcare related field, required.

One (1) year of professional work experience or volunteer experience in the behavioral health field, preferred.

Desire to work with people who have mental illness

Knowledge of community resources preferred.

A thorough understanding of systems of care and integrated care (physical and behavioral health).

Adapts to differing organizational cultures
Experience & Skills
-
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to document services accurately and professionally.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and electronic medical record systems; ability to type 25+ words per minute.

Ability to build and maintain professional working relationships with partner agencies.
Additional Requirements

Valid, unrestricted driver’s license

Ability to travel between facilities, community locations, outreach events, and partner agencies.
