Our customer, American Company seeks an Employment Disputes Manager for 3-6 months remote contract assignment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee Project management of litigation matters, including timelines, milestones, and stakeholder management.
- Act as the bridge between external counsel and internal stakeholders, ensuring clear communic, is seeking an employment dispute manager for a remote contract assignment that will last 3-6 monthsation and alignment.
- Monitor and report on the progress of litigation cases, identifying potential risks and devising mitigation strategies.
- Conduct thorough Sanity checks on advice provided by external counsel, balancing business model considerations, risk, commerciality, and pragmatism.
- Coordinate and manage budgets, ensuring that all legal services are cost-effective and within the allocated financial resources.
Qualifications/Experience:
- Qualifications in Law, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of Labor and Employment Law experience.
- Five plus years of experience in legal project management, specifically with a focus on litigation.
- Experience with terminations and employment agreements.
- Strong critical thinking skills and technical skills.
- Strong understanding of the litigation process and experience managing cases through various stages of dispute resolution, particularly employment-related disputes.
- Proficiency in Slack, Notion, and G Suite.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Certification in legal project management (e.g., LPM, PMP with a legal focus).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage diverse teams and stakeholders.

- Experience in a global or multi-jurisdictional environment, particularly in the US region.
