This position, under the supervision of the Director will assist the program staff with case management administrative duties and client record keeping.
Required Knowledge, Abilities and Experience
Knowledge of:

Maintaining client records in accordance with established policies and procedures

Coordinating, monitoring & documenting relevant issues for clients

Providing technical support for program staff, including client intake

Serving as a liaison between the professional staff, community agencies and clients

Participating in all mandated staff development sessions

Assisting with community resource meetings

Facilitate transportation for clients

Monitor utilization of program resources
-
Contacting institutions to confirm resident departure times

Generating program reports to track program services

Tracking client participation
-
Performing other duties as assigned by Program Personnel

Academic and Work Experience:

One year of related experience in an office environment.

High School or Equivalent
Skills Required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year of related experience in an office environment
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Knowledge of modern office principles and protocols
- Basic business communications knowledge
- Ability to maintain client records and comply with organizational and contract agency policies and procedures
- Effective written and oral communication skills
- Bilingual ability
