Employment Attorneys

Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani (GRSM) has an immediate opening in our Seattle office for an Employment Attorney with at least three years’ experience and welcome all experience levels to apply.Candidates must be motivated team players with strong litigation, writing, and oral advocacy skills. A solid academic background and demonstrated research abilities are essential. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can manage assignments independently with minimal supervision. Experience with class actions is required.

Candidates must be licensed and admitted to practice in the State of Washington. As a national firm with a diverse and flexible workforce, including remote roles, alternative work arrangements, and contract opportunities throughout the country, our compensation structure reflects the wide range of career paths available within our platform. Our current salary ranges are:

• 1-3 years: $100,000-$140,000
• 3-5 years: $120,000-$150,000
• 6-8 years: $140,000-$190,000
• 9-12 years: $170,000-$200,000

Actual compensation is tailored to each individual and may vary based on factors such as experience, skills, practice area, business generation, work arrangement, and geographic market.
