Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead project management for employer branding initiatives and related programs, including strategic planning, timeline development, resource allocation, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Manage and drive the execution of employer branding campaigns and professional network programs; oversee end-to-end delivery to ensure timely completion and achievement of program goals.
  • Collaborate with program leads, talent teams, and cross-functional partners to integrate recruitment marketing and employer branding components into early career and professional networking strategies.
  • Create, curate, and oversee recruitment marketing content (job ads, social media posts, videos, stories) reflecting the company’s employer brand, values, and culture across all platforms.
  • Develop and implement employer branding initiatives—such as culture features, DEI campaigns, employer awards, and employee spotlights—by coordinating with relevant internal and external resources.
  • Organize, promote, and project manage employer branding activities within professional networks (such as industry events, webinars, communities, and partnerships), ensuring alignment with key talent and branding objectives.
  • Oversee and co-manage GCash’s career site and social media channels; plan and schedule content, monitor engagement, and ensure consistency in employer brand messaging.
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign and program performance metrics; provide insights and recommendations to optimize reach, engagement, and recruitment outcomes.
  • Serve as the primary project contact for employer branding initiatives; facilitate internal updates, progress reporting, and issue resolution to keep projects on track.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in project management for employer branding, recruitment marketing, or related HR programs.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional projects involving employer branding content, campaigns, and professional networks.
  • Advanced communication and writing skills with a track record of creating compelling content for diverse platforms.
  • Strong working knowledge of digital marketing, social media platforms, and online community management.
  • Familiarity with performance tracking tools and analytics for campaign and project assessment.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, deliver on deadlines, and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
  • Background in fintech, technology, or fast-paced industries preferred.
