Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with program leads to support recruitment marketing and employer branding components for early career programs and professional network initiatives.
- Create and manage recruitment marketing content (job ads, social media posts, videos) that aligns with the company’s employer brand and culture.
- Develop and support the execution of employer branding campaigns, including but not limited to culture features, DEI initiatives, and employer awards.
- Co-manage GCash career site and social media pages for community management and to promote recruitment content and enhance employer brand visibility.
- Track and report on the performance of campaigns and content, providing insights to optimize engagement and recruitment outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Communications or related field.
- Experience in employer branding or recruitment marketing, with a focus on content creation and digital marketing.
- Strong communication and writing skills, with the ability to craft compelling content for various platforms.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and digital content strategies.
- Familiarity with performance tracking tools to assess content effectiveness.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and program leads.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Background in fintech or technology sectors is a plus.
