Who We Are

We’re a small but mighty Employer Branding team, part of the People Team, on a mission to make our company a magnet for top talent and contribute to the satisfaction of our Makers. You’ll be working with Zuzi (Senior Employer Branding Manager) and David (Merchandise Manager)—together, we’re all about crazy ideas, pushing boundaries, and finding fresh ways to stand out.

What You’ll Be Doing

💜 Creating & Curating Content – You’ll help shape our employer brand on social media, collaborating on hiring campaigns (ads, videos, etc.) and help to produce an engaging content. Don’t worry, the team will support you too!
💜 Create Monthly Newsletters – Keep our talent pipeline engaged with updates, job opportunities, and behind-the-scenes company insights.
💜 Helping to Bring Events to Life – From job fairs to conferences, you’ll help organize and run events that make us impossible to ignore.
💜 Supporting Our Hiring Team – Partnering with recruiters to attract top talent through promotions and initiatives to reach the candidates.
💜 Driving Internal Initiatives – Whether it’s an employee ambassador program or a creative new project, you’ll be in the middle of it.
💜 Exploring New Frontiers – We’ve primarily focused on the software engineering scene in Prague, but we’re expanding to new roles (marketing, design, etc.) and new locations (hello, Madrid!)—and you will be part of it.

Who We’re Looking For

✅ Enthusiasm > Experience – You might have 1-2 years of experience, but what really matters is your drive, creativity, and ownership.
✅ You have a strong interest in the tech scene and at least a basic understanding of technology companies on the Czech market.
✅ You’re full of ideas and not afraid to experiment—our team thrives on bold moves.
✅ Strong collaborative skills—you love working with teams across different departments.
✅ Ability to align events and campaigns with our hiring strategy—it’s not just about fun ideas; it’s about impact.
