Why work at Nebius
Nebius is leading a new era in cloud computing to serve the global AI economy. We create the tools and resources our customers need to solve real-world challenges and transform industries, without massive infrastructure costs or the need to build large in-house AI/ML teams. Our employees work at the cutting edge of AI cloud infrastructure alongside some of the most experienced and innovative leaders and engineers in the field.
Where we work
Headquartered in Amsterdam and listed on Nasdaq, Nebius has a global footprint with R&D hubs across Europe, North America, and Israel. The team of over 800 employees includes more than 400 highly skilled engineers with deep expertise across hardware and software engineering, as well as an in-house AI R&D team.
The Employer Branding Lead will play a critical role in defining and building the strategic foundations of our global employer brand. As one of the first hires in a newly formed team, you’ll have a unique opportunity to shape our long-term vision from day one, laying the groundwork for how we attract, engage, and retain talent as we scale internationally.
This role is deeply strategic, focused on articulating and evolving our Employer Value Proposition (EVP), and ensuring it’s reflected consistently across all candidate and employee touchpoints. You’ll bring together cross-functional stakeholders under a unified brand narrative and set the direction for how our employer brand is positioned in different markets and talent segments.
As the team grows, you’ll lead and mentor a small team of specialists, ensuring alignment, creativity, and high-impact execution across all initiatives. You'll foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning, enabling the team to deliver meaningful results while growing their individual strengths.
As the team takes shape, this is a rare chance to influence at a foundational level, building the systems, frameworks, and strategic clarity that will guide our efforts well into the future. If you're energized by the idea of creating something from the ground up and making a lasting impact, this role offers that and more!
