As our Employer Branding Internship, you will help shape and enhance our internal communication, ensuring employee alignment with our company direction and engagement across all of Qonto.

You will work closely with Thibault and many other teams to have a direct impact on our culture and Employer Branding.

👩‍💻🧑‍💻 As an Employer Branding Intern at Qonto, you will

• Create and distribute the weekly internal e-newsletter (Qontoer's Journal);

• Assist teams in building their internal communication (ex: Diversity, Equity & Inclusion efforts, internal events, product updates, etc);

• Support our employer branding strategy by creating and managing compelling content, coordinating events and campaigns, and helping maintain consistency.

• Support and coordinate teams for Summit or major internal events throughout the year.

You will report to Thibault our Employer Branding Manager.

Thibault is renowned for his strategic and innovative approach to enhancing our brand image. He excels in crafting compelling narratives and fosters a creative, inclusive work environment, one of his strengths is connecting with diverse audiences and developing impactful branding strategies.

What will he bring to you?  With his experience and knowledge of the company, he will guide you in mastering the art of employer branding, offering strategic insights, and fostering your professional growth. He is committed to helping you develop your skills in crafting engaging narratives and connecting with diverse audiences, ensuring a rewarding and educational internship experience.
