Job Description:
We are looking for a creative, detail‑oriented Employer Branding & Communications Assistant to support initiatives that showcase our culture, values, and employee experience. This role plays a key part in telling our people stories and strengthening our employer brand across digital and internal platforms.
You will work closely with Talent Acquisition, HR, and Marketing teams to deliver engaging content that attracts, engages, and retains talent.
Key Responsibilities
- Support employer branding and recruitment marketing campaigns across digital and internal channels
- Create, edit, and manage content for careers pages, LinkedIn, employee stories, newsletters, and internal platforms
- Collaborate with TA and HR partners to highlight culture, hiring initiatives, campus programs, and milestones
- Ensure brand consistency and messaging across all employer brand communications
- Manage content calendars, approvals, and coordination with internal stakeholders
- Track engagement metrics and support basic reporting and insights
Required Skills
- 4–6 years of experience in employer branding, communications, marketing, or a related role
- Strong written communication and storytelling skills
- Hands‑on experience with social and digital content, especially LinkedIn
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable working with tools such as Canva, MS Office/Google Workspace, and basic analytics tools
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams in a fast‑paced environment
- Fluency in Japanese language
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, Marketing, Journalism, Human Resources, or a related field
