Define & Lead Employer Brand Strategy

  • Own the design, articulation, and evolution of Integrant’s Employer Value Proposition (EVP) for the Egyptian market.
  • Translate company culture, values, and long-term employee experience into a clear, consistent employer brand narrative.
  • Ensure employer branding efforts are aligned with Integrant’s hiring strategy, business priorities, and organizational maturity.
  • Act as the single point of ownership for employer brand direction across HR, Talent Acquisition, and Marketing.

Manage Employer Brand Communications & Channels

  • Lead Integrant’s employer brand presence across all key talent-facing platforms, with a strong focus on:
      • LinkedIn (primary channel)
      • Career pages
      • Employer review platforms (e.g. Glassdoor)
  • Ensure consistent, credible, and experience-backed messaging across all content and communication touchpoints.
  • Develop structured content plans that support ongoing hiring needs, brand awareness, and reputation building.

Drive Strategic Storytelling & Content Initiatives

  • Design and execute storytelling initiatives centered on:
      • Long-term employee journeys and career growth
      • Engineering excellence and complex, meaningful projects
      • Learning, leadership, and ownership culture
  • Shift employer branding away from hype-driven messaging toward trust, depth, and real employee experience.
  • Enable leaders and engineers to participate in storytelling through structured ambassador and advocacy programs.

Enable Talent Attraction & Recruitment Branding

  • Partner closely with Talent Acquisition to support role-specific branding, recruitment campaigns, and candidate engagement strategies.
  • Ensure employer branding directly supports the attraction of senior, niche, and hard-to-hire technical profiles.
  • Strengthen candidate experience by aligning messaging before, during, and after the hiring journey.

Build Internal & External Brand Ambassadorship

  • Build and nurture internal ambassador networks across engineers, leaders, and long-tenured employees.
  • Establish and manage selective external partnerships (events, platforms, content partners) that reinforce credibility and visibility.
  • Ensure all partnerships and initiatives remain focused, lean, and aligned with long-term employer brand goals.

Measure, Monitor & Evolve Employer Brand Impact

  • Track employer brand perception, engagement, and sentiment across platforms and candidate touchpoints.
  • Identify gaps between internal reality and external perception and proactively address them.
  • Use data and feedback to continuously refine employer branding strategies and initiatives.
  • Manage Company & HR Events
    • Plan and execute events that highlight the organization’s Employee Value Proposition (EVP).
    • Ensure events reinforce the company culture and brand identity.
  • Drive Employee Engagement Initiatives
    • Develop and implement engagement plans and activities to foster a positive, inclusive, and “employer of choice” work environment.
    • Monitor engagement metrics and continuously improve strategies.
  • Build Strategic Partnerships
    • Establish collaborations and formal agreements with top universities and relevant vendors.
    • Leverage partnerships to enhance brand visibility, strengthen word-of-mouth reputation, and create a strong talent pipeline.

Requirements
  • 6–10 years of experience in Employer Branding, Talent Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
  • Proven experience building or evolving employer brand strategies with measurable outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of the Egyptian tech and engineering talent market.
  • Excellent written communication skills in English (Arabic is a strong plus).
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with experience working closely with HR, Talent Acquisition, and leadership.

What This Role Offers

  • Ownership of employer branding for one of Egypt’s most stable and respected engineering organizations.
  • Direct collaboration with senior leadership, engineers, and recruitment teams.
  • Tangible impact on how senior technical talent perceives and experiences Integrant.
  • A culture that values authenticity, ownership, and long-term thinking over trends and buzzwords.

Benefits

  • Supportive and friendly work environment
  • Premium medical insurance [employee +family]
  • English language development courses
  • Interest-free loans paid over 2.5 years
