The Employee Talent Enablement & Growth Architect mission will be to structure, drive, and communicate the development progress of our Customer Team Associates. You will become the trusted partner in defining success objectives, learning path development, outcome metrics, and communication processes that scale across all Customer Team functions.

The Employee Talent Enablement & Growth Architect provides support and guidance to all Customer teams, helping them to effectively leverage the appropriate content at the correct time in the best possible format to enable Associate development aligned with CDK's portfolio objectives.

Through regular reviews of available data with functional leaders, this role will provide the team with insight into progress required to address CDK as well as 3rd party training plans. This role will also assist in providing key metrics for objective and leading adoption indicators adoption, of new business systems and processes. Experience with implementing a closed loop outcome driven program is required.

Position Responsibilities

  • Partner with Leadership teams from Professional Services, Customer Care, Customer Success, Portfolio Management, and Customer Operations to define and prioritize Associate development objectives.
  • Drive Culture of continuous learning that supports CDK's Work Force Management planning aligned to Position and Product standards (Technical, Workflow, Soft Skills, and Leadership)
  • Identify and support SMEs with standardized content development approaches to enable efficient, flexible, and measured learning paths for Associates thru multi-mode Learning methods. (Live, Ride Along, Virtual, Self-Paced, Mentorship, skills checks, peer reviews)
  • Collaborate across CDK content development teams to leverage existing content from Marketing, Sales, Professional Services, Human Resources, and 3rd party resources to optimize and align Knowledge.
  • Develop clear communication plans regarding Associate development opportunities and progress achieved at the individual, function, and Customer Team level, to foster awareness and excitement around CDK's investment in people development.
  • Represent the internal associate development needs to the Learning platform optimization programs focused on Content Development, Delivery, Skill Management, and validation (LMS, WFM, Certification, Onboarding, and reporting)

Competencies (What you will bring to the role):

  • 10+ years' experience in technology focused Services Organization with complex Technology, Process, and Client Facing value delivery.
  • Experience mapping the customer journey with a specific focus on advocacy, onboarding, risk management and adoption programs.
  • Data, analytical and reporting skills
  • Passion for client-driven value enablement through team and individual career development
  • Organized with a proven ability to successfully manage multiple tasks while maintaining high quality outputs and delivering on time and with excellence.
  • Ability to quickly establish rapport with all levels of personnel up to and including C-Suite executives.
  • Ability to effectively communicate to stakeholders at all levels of the organization - with excellent written, oral, and presentation skills.
  • Strong attention to detail in daily tasks and projects, while also having the ability to see beyond the individual tasks and understand the broader impact and implications of activities on other cross-functional teams.
  • Strong experience collaborating with cross-functional, multidisciplinary teams.
  • Thorough understanding of business management, forecasting strategy and techniques related to Work Force Management
  • Experience with Learning and Development tools and terminology including LMS, Workday, Certification, LCMS, and Learning Path standardization.
  • Experience with Dealership Systems and methods preferred

Salary Range: $130,000 - $158,000
