Employee Success Systems Adviser (Org Change)

About you: 

You will work in an exciting and collaborative team, who are focused on, and enjoy, supporting our employee platforms and colleagues. You're passionate about Employee Systems, change delivery, process improvement and problem solving with a sense of fulfilment in helping others. You'll enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to prioritise and communicate effectively to our colleagues, leaders, and within the team. You're excited about embracing AI tools and technology to enhance efficiency and drive innovation in how we work.

Day-to-day, you will: 

• Manage and maintain Employee Success Systems, handling daily queries, security, and escalations.

• Support position management and organisational changes, ensuring accurate structures and reporting lines.

• Analyse and prepare data, deliver training, and assist leaders with system processes and best practices.

• Partner with the Employee Success team and leaders to improve systems, leveraging AI and emerging technologies for efficiency and employee experience

Your skills and experiences might also include:  

• Proven background in Employee Success service delivery, system support, and organisational structure management.

• Skilled in data analytics, cleansing, and leveraging tools like Excel, PowerPoint, and dashboards.

• Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and communication abilities, with experience partnering with leaders on organisational changes.

• Enthusiastic about adopting AI tools and process improvements to drive efficiency and enhance employee experience.
