Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Employee Success Specialist to join our dynamic team. He/she will handle various HR tasks, including employee relations and compliance. This role requires a strong understanding of HR practices and the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels.
Key Responsibilities:

• Employee Relations:
  
  • Address employee inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Foster a positive work environment and support employee engagement initiatives.
  • To be able to handle Employee Grievances with patience.
• Compliance and Record Keeping:
  
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
• Training and Development:
  
  • Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs.
  • Support continuous learning and career development initiatives.
• HR Administration:
  
  • Assist with queries around payroll processing and benefits administration.
  • Handle HR-related documentation and correspondence.

Must Haves -

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in an HR role.
• Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Creative bent of mind for HR presentations & Engagement activities
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Should be ready to Work from Office.
