Employee Relations Leader

Ecolab is looking for an HR Manager based in Pune for the role of Employee Relations Leader for India supporting all Ecolab entities in India

Responsibilities include:

• Provide dedicated guidance and coaching to HR Team, Leaders, Managers and employees with specific focus on:

  • HR Compliance

  • HR Policies and Procedures

  • Employee advocacy/engagement,

  • Employee Relations Management,

  • Performance, Discipline and Conduct issues

  • Workplace investigations as appropriate

  • Payroll & HR operations

• Drive harmonisation and standard application of specific HR programs

• Be the first point of contact for questions and guidance on these HR topics and issues

• Partner with HR Teams to execute business-specific HR strategies.

• Ensure that all employee relations issues are properly identified, reported, investigated and resolved

• Provide advice and counsel to managers and employees to ensure consistent application and integration of policies, procedures and practices at 100% compliance to promote an ethical and compliant work environment

• Assist with other HR special projects or initiatives as needed

Candidate profile:

• Desired candidate needs to have 10 plus years in various facets of HR including but not limited to Compliance, HR Services, Employee Grievance Management and overseeing compliances.

• Should have good communication and presentation skills.
