Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join Arcesium US as an Employee Relations (ER) Lead. This role supports the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of ER processes that promote a compliant, fair, and inclusive workplace. The Employee Relations Lead will provide guidance to HRBPs and managers on employee relations matters such as performance, conduct, and conflict resolution; conduct investigations in alignment with company policy and law; and help operationalize updates to procedures, training, and ER tools. The role will work in close collaboration with HR colleagues, the Legal team, and business stakeholders to ensure ER practices are applied consistently and effectively. The ideal candidate will demonstrate sound judgment, strong organization and follow-through, analytical skills, and the ability to build trust while handling sensitive and confidential matters with discretion.

Responsibilities

  • Support HRBPs and business leaders by providing guidance on employee relations issues including performance, conduct, conflict resolution, and investigations in line with policy and law.
  • Implement ER processes and programs across the employee lifecycle; ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations as well as internal policies.
  • Conduct and document investigations using established processes and service levels; escalate complex issues as needed to senior ER/Legal partners.
  • Monitor changes in employment law and assist in operationalizing updates to policies, procedures, training, and ER tools/case-management systems.
  • Contribute to the design and delivery of ER initiatives that enhance manager capability, support employee experience, and reduce ER-related risk.
  • Track and report ER metrics (e.g., case volume, resolution time, outcomes) and share insights with HRBPs and leadership to highlight trends and recommend process improvements.
  • Execute ER initiatives and projects such as process documentation, playbook development, and tooling enhancements; identify opportunities for efficiencies.
  • Deliver ER interventions such as targeted trainings, coaching, or action plans in partnership with managers and HRBPs.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of progressive Human Capital experience, with direct Employee Relations exposure and knowledge of U.S. labor/employment law.
  • Strong working knowledge of HR/HC processes, policies, and systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple ER cases/projects simultaneously with attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Skilled in stakeholder management; able to influence and partner across HR, Legal, Compliance, and business leadership.
  • Clear communicator with solid written, verbal, and presentation skills, including the ability to prepare case summaries and training materials.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable using ER data and metrics to surface insights and drive improvements.
  • Business acumen with the ability to connect ER practices to overall company strategy and outcomes (experience in fintech/financial services or high-growth tech a plus).

The expected annual base salary for this position is $130,000 - $160,000. Our compensation package includes variable compensation in the form of a year-end bonus, guaranteed in the first year of hire, benefits including medical and prescription drug coverage, and 401k contribution matching.
