We are currently recruiting for Employee Relations Advisor in Europe. The Employee Relations Advisor will advice and support on Employee Relations. 

The ideal candidate will have experience working in various European countries with Employee Relations and the local laws and regulations

What You'll Be Doing:

· Able to handle confidential matters with professionalism.

· Coordinate and support ER consultation and consent processes in line with the local laws.

· Prepare agendas, meeting materials, proposals, supporting documentation, and follow-up actions for meetings on behalf of the local management team.

· Advise stakeholders on obligations, timelines, and procedural requirements.

· Monitor planned organisational or policy changes and assess whether legal involvement is required.

· Maintain accurate records of requests for advice, decisions, and actions.

· Support constructive communication and relationship management in the organisation.

Your skills and experience

Essential:

· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

· Experience supporting or working with Employee Relations in Europe

· Good knowledge of the local laws and related procedures

· Strong organisational and communication skills

· The ability to manage confidential information carefully

· Fluency in English

Desirable:
· Experience in a complex or international organisation

· Knowledge of organisational change processes

· Experience preparing governance or consultation documentation

. Ability to speak other European languages
