BlackStone eIT, a premier player in the computer software industry, is on the lookout for an Employee Relation Specialist to enhance our Human Resources team. In this pivotal role, you will focus on fostering healthy and constructive relationships between employees and management. Your expertise will be essential in addressing workplace issues, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, and promoting an inclusive and positive company culture.
Key Responsibilities- Act as a primary contact for employee concerns and inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Conduct thorough investigations into employee complaints and workplace disputes.
- Work closely with management to develop effective employee relations strategies that enhance workplace morale and productivity.
- Implement programs that promote employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed records of employee relations issues and actions taken.
- Provide training for managers on best practices in managing employee relations.
- Stay informed about current employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
- Collaborate with HR team members on broader HR initiatives as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in employee relations or a comparable HR position.
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws and employee relations best practices.
- Proficient in managing conflict and conducting effective investigations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information.
- Proven ability to build trust and rapport with employees at all levels.
- Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
