About the role.
As Employee Lifecycle Specialist you will serve as a first point of contact and provide core process and policy inquiry management and resolution to HR customers on a wide range of topics. In this role you are responsible for completing employee and data transaction processing for core processes (e.g., mass updates, managing employee movement, running organization position reports, reviewing / transacting / answering inquiries for employee and work-related data change requests).
What you'll be doing.
- Act in an advisory capacity by providing timely and accurate responses to inquiries from HR customers via phone, chat and case management (may include employees, dependents, retirees, candidates, people managers and vendors) regarding HR policies and procedures
- Ensure a delightful customer experience by working efficiently to streamline service delivery, identify next steps, promote the usage of self-service as appropriate and build strong customer relationships with HR colleagues globally
- Manage the day-to-day transactional processing of all data changes from Hire to Retirement and produce supporting documentation.
- Oversee processing and updates of all organization and position data, including the creation and maintenance of jobs, positions, and overall organization structures.
- Oversee quality standards and controls for data to provide the necessary accuracy, timeliness, and completeness.
- Manage reductions in force and redundancies, mass data changes, and employee movement / contract management.
- Ensure compliance with corporate data administration, security standards, and HR policies and procedures.
- Take part in additional projects as needed.
What you'll need to be successful.
- 1+ year of experience in a customer service, HR and/or Shared Service environment
- Post-secondary degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Fluent English; Fluency in Spanish highly desired
- Experience with basic technology functionality (e.g., case management, knowledge management)
- Ability to consistently deliver high quality customer service in a professional manner, effective listening and communication skills
- Knowledge of employee data administration and end-to-end processes
- Experience with transaction processing and data management
- Attentive to details and deadlines; strong ability to manage multiple initiatives
- Working knowledge of HR systems is beneficial, particularly SuccessFactors

Compensation Package : $52,600.00 - $70,200.00 . CAD annually
The above reflects the target compensation range for the position at the time of posting. Hiring compensation will be determined based on experience, skill set, education and training, and other organizational needs.
