Huntsman is seeking an Employee Lifecycle Analyst supporting the GBS located in Costa Rica. This position will report to the Head of HRSSC - Americas.
Job Scope
The Employee Life Cycle Analyst, Implements or performs a variety of HR administrative processes and tasks including employee record-keeping. Often handles sensitive employee and company information and inquires, which requires that they maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
In summary, as the Employee Lifecycle Analyst, you will:
- Carry out a wide range of routine HR data processing tasks as directed (i.e. new hires, rehires, data changes, assignment changes, etc.); advise other colleagues and provide guidance on processes when needed.
- Manage necessary data exchange (inbound and outbound) with HR vendors.
- Prepare moderately complex documents using a variety of applications for technology devices such as standard office software.
- Responsible for gathering and summarizing data for reports.
Qualifications
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position.
The candidate must have an unrestricted right to work for Huntsman in Costa Rica.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree on Business Administration or similar role.
- 2+ years of experience in similar roles in shared service industry.
- Experience with Workday ATS.
- Advanced English.
