As an Employee Journey Expert, you represent the employee perspective and bring clarity to complex HR processes. You will design and improve digital HR journeys, ensuring they are efficient, consistent, and user-friendly.
Working in a product-led environment, you will translate business needs and employee insights into scalable solutions within the Workday platform, driving continuous improvement across the employee lifecycle.
