- Assist the Industrial Relations & HSE team in daily administrative tasks and documentation.
- Support the implementation of health, safety, and environmental programs and initiatives.
- Assist in maintaining records related to employee relations, safety compliance, and incident investigations.
- Support design matters for all Industrial Relations & HSE activities.
Requirements
- Final year student or fresh graduate from Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Industrial Relations, Law, or related fields.
- Basic understanding of labour laws, HSE standards, and workplace safety practices.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Willing to work on-site in BSD, Tangerang.
