Employee Experience Specialist
Employee Experience is at the heart of Activision Blizzard & King's (ABK's) global HR department. We are the link to the HR Centres of Expertise (CoE), collaborating with HR Technology, HR Business Partners and Recruitment to ensure smooth HR operations and a great employee experience.
This role is responsible for supporting the full employee life cycle, which includes employee lifecycle data entry and audits, handling employee files and documentation and HR administration (Tier 1 support). In addition to that, you will be independently advising on HR policies and practices, resolving manager and employee policy and process queries, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives (Tier 2 support).

Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and act as the first point of contact for incoming inquiries from employees and managers and routine questions related to all types of HR policies, programs and procedures.
- Maintain an understanding of policies, procedures, and regulations that are significant to Human Resources and applicable to local employment law, as well as provide Tier 1 HR policy interpretation.
- Maintain our HR Systems and all people records using Workday and other applicable systems, as well as ensure accurate and timely delivery of data to our internal partners and for relevant Government/Legal Compliance requirements.
- Manage employment documents by creating and sharing important records while keeping personnel files up to date.
- Process Improvement - Improve HR resources by ensuring policies and employee guides are clear, complete, and up to date.
- Lead in educating and advising managers and employees on policies, HR practices and local legislation.
- Work with HR CoE's to support projects, improve processes, and make operations more efficient
- Collaborate with Employee Experience Specialists worldwide to create a seamless employee experience across ABK, and, where applicable, ensure it's globally consistent.
- Participate in and support projects where a need is identified to be more effective.
- Handle sensitive HR matters with confidentiality and escalate complex cases to senior HR leaders when needed.
Skills
- Fluent in both Spanish and English (verbal and written)
- Demonstrable organisational and excellent time management skills with solid attention to detail.
- Organized and adaptable, able to manage multiple HR tasks in a dynamic and fast-paced environment while following set processes and guidance from team/project leads.
- Proactive and solution-focused, able to anticipate challenges and find effective ways to address them.
- Experience of working with HR data systems, accurately inputting data and maintaining systems, preferably within a fast- moving company.
- Knowledge and understanding of employment law and ability to interpret HR policies.
- You’ll appreciate and understand the need for confidentiality and discretion in dealing with any people related activities.
- IT skills – particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
