About the Role:

The Employee Experience Specialist (Program Events) is a unique and exciting role at CrowdStrike. You will project manage employee experience events including but not limited to motorsports racing.

What You’ll Do:

  • Design and implementation company-wide people initiatives to enhance the entire employee experience.

  • Plan, organize and deliver employee events (in person and virtual) to fuel a culture of connection.

    • Programs include but aren’t limited to CrowdCelebrates, XLR8 and FalconFit

  • Develop and execute innovative employee engagement programs centered around CrowdStrike’s participation in sports car racing events.

    • Manage all aspects of employee involvement in sponsored sports car racing events, including event logistics, ticket distribution, communication, and onsite coordination.

    • Collaborate with CrowdStrike Racing, Marketing, Communications, and Social Impact teams to ensure alignment between racing programs and broader company initiatives.

  • Manage budgets and negotiate contracts related to events and associated activities.

  • Analyze surveys to evaluate program effectiveness and implement improvements.

  • Coordinate/manage swag ordering and inventory for programs.

  • Develop best practices and processes for the event execution to ensure consistency.

  • Coordinate, help facilitate and support onsite office events as needed.

  • Expected travel: 30%, including 5-8 weekends, but may increase based on business needs.

What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Event Management Business Administration, Sports Management, or a related field with 2 – 4 years’ experience in corporate event production, Human Resources or Employee Experience.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to work cross-functionally, problem solve and adapt in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.

  • Strong interpersonal, collaboration, planning and problem-solving skills.

  • Self-starter and quick learner.

  • Must be both professional and comfortable working with C-level executives.

  • Knowledge in supporting events from conception to completion, including complex logistics, venue liaison, production, speaker sourcing, budget management and onsite execution.

  • Comfortable with “first to arrive, last to leave” event support.

  • Interest and understanding of motorsports.

  • Technology industry experience is a plus.

  • Proximity to a CrowdStrike office or racetrack is a plus.
