ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
EMPLOYEE EXPERIENCE & INTERNAL COMMUNICATION:
- Develop, implement, and manage employee experience programs that align with strategic objectives.
- Oversee the planning and execution of onsite and virtual company events (including Community Giving, and DE&I Strategic Partners events)
- Oversee Employer Resource Groups (ERGs) to ensure alignment with business objectives and drive belonging, community, and inclusion for our employees.
- Manage the employee communications and events calendar, preparing short-term and long-term plans and content to support strategic objectives and enhance employee engagement.
- Design and execute effective employee listening initiatives (i.e., focus groups, surveys, etc.) to inform and guide our efforts to enhance employee experience and increase engagement.
- Define and measure consistent metrics for the success of our engagement programs/initiatives.
- Champion employee experience, partnering with company leadership to foster a collaborative, innovative, and inclusive culture.
- Support community giving programs and strategic partnership events, including planning, coordination, employee participation, and impact tracking, aligned with company values and culture.
- Supports company-wide communication strategies that support business priorities, culture, and employee engagement.
- Administrator of internal communication channels, including executive announcements, intranet content, newsletters, and town halls.
- Partner with Sr HR leadership to develop messaging for organizational updates, change initiatives, and key business milestones.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Marketing, Employee Experience, and business leaders to support enterprise initiatives.
- Manage communication calendars, project timelines, and competing priorities.
- Support ad-hoc projects/initiatives as needed.
Learning and development:
- Partner with and support the Senior Director in the design, execution, and continuous improvement of corporate learning and development programs.
- Facilitate and co-deliver training sessions, workshops, and leadership development experiences across virtual and in-person formats, ensuring a high-quality and engaging learner experience.
- Lead coordination of program logistics, execution, and end-to-end delivery, including vendor coordination, scheduling, communications, and learner support.
- Manage data collection, reporting, and analysis for learning programs, developing dashboards and insights that track participation, completion, engagement, and program effectiveness to inform decision-making and continuous improvement.
TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Applications (i.e., Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Proficiency in designing and activating large-scale employee initiatives.
- Ability to influence and build collaborative relationships with key stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to manage and mentor a team.
- Strong creative and strategic thinking skillset
- Strong organization, mindfulness, and follow-up skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in communications or human resources
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Human Resources or Program / Project Management
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS / WORK ENVIRONMENT (if applicable)
- Work is performed in a designated professional office workstation and environment.
- Extensive use of office equipment and other business-related machines and software.
