About the Role
We’re a fast-growing healthtech company looking for a creative, proactive, and fully hands-on Employee Experience Manager to design and execute programs that build a thriving, connected, and people-first workplace.
This role is perfect for someone who loves bringing ideas to life, enjoys creating meaningful experiences, and wants to make a real impact on culture and employee happiness in a fast-paced tech environment.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in employee experience, engagement, or welfare programs, ideally within a tech environment.
- A passion for people, culture, and creating authentic, memorable employee experiences.
- Proven ability to execute, plan, organize, and deliver initiatives with high quality and attention to detail.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and move fast while staying organized.
- Tech-savvy, resourceful, and adaptable in a dynamic and growing environment.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Hebrew.
- A collaborative, positive “can-do” attitude with a genuine desire to make employees feel valued and connected.
