We are looking for an Employee Experience & Development Manager who can help strengthen how our people feel connected, informed, recognized, supported, and developed across the company.

This role will own company wide HR programs that support employee communication, recognition, engagement, training, and the overall employee experience. It is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, creative, hands on, and excited to build meaningful programs from idea through execution.


Responsibilities

  • Own employee recognition programs, milestones, spotlights, and appreciation initiatives.
  • Plan and run employee events, team activities, and HR-led company programs.
  • Own the employee newsletter and internal HR communications.
  • Coordinate trainings, manager sessions, lunch-and-learns, and development initiatives.
  • Support engagement surveys, feedback follow-up, and action items.
  • Create manager tools for feedback, expectations, recognition, and performance conversations.
  • Support employer branding through employee stories, team highlights, events, and culture content.
  • Create employee-facing materials, including flyers, newsletter graphics, event communications, and recognition visuals.
  • Manage timelines, communications, vendors, materials, reminders, and follow-up for employee programs.
  • Track participation, feedback, and outcomes from HR programs.
  • Bring ideas, identify opportunities, and help move HR initiatives forward.

 

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in employee experience, employee engagement, internal communications, HR programs, or a similar people-focused role.
  • Strong writing, communication, organization, and project management skills.
  • Experience running employee programs, events, trainings, communications, and/or engagement initiatives.
  • Proactive, hands-on, and able to manage work from idea through execution.
  • Canva, PowerPoint, newsletter, and/or graphics experience is a plus.
Salary Range (commensurate with experience)
$80,000$90,000 USD

Skills Required

  • 5+ years of experience in employee experience, engagement, internal communications, HR programs, or similar people-focused role.
  • Strong writing, communication, organization, and project management skills.
  • Experience running employee programs, events, trainings, communications, and/or engagement initiatives.
  • Proactive, hands-on, able to manage work from idea through execution.
  • Canva, PowerPoint, newsletter, and/or graphics experience.
