JOB OVERVIEW

As an Employee Experience and Culture Specialist, you’ll play a key role in shaping a meaningful and inclusive work environment that fosters connection, growth, and engagement. You'll help design and implement initiatives that make every stage of the employee journey—from onboarding to ongoing development—both personal and memorable. From planning culture-building events to supporting leadership development and employee engagement programs, your work will directly contribute to a vibrant and thriving company culture. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Partner in designing and implementing organizational development programs and initiatives, including leadership development, culture change, and employee engagement.

  • Organize and coordinate team-building activities, company-wide events, and other social or professional development opportunities.

  • Design and execute effective onboarding programs that introduce new hires to the company's culture, values, and team dynamics.

  • Builds and maintains a master of HR calendar for business visibility into key employee experience initiatives.

  • Support the Sr Director on all corporate learning and development programs. Responsible for the logistics, execution, and data collection for all programs.

  • Support the administrative process of the company engagement survey. Responsible for communications, execution, and follow up actions.

  • Manages key operational aspects of ongoing employee experience processes including administration, communications, tracking, reporting, and designing programs.

  • Support efforts to cultivate an inclusive and diverse work environment by assisting in programs and initiatives that promote these values.

TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)

  • Highly organized, and able to work under time pressure across global time zones.

  • Able to think and act independently and use creative problem-solving skills with minimal supervision.

  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and offer creative solutions.

  • Strong sense of accountability and ownership, excellent attention to detail and good record keeping critical.

  • Strong oral and written communication skills, ability to interface with all levels of the organization to achieve assigned objectives in a cross-functional team-based environment.

  • Proficiency with MS Office in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Sharepoint, design software applications (Visio, Canva, Photoshop, etc.).

  • Knowledge of employee engagement trends and best practices.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • BA/BS strongly preferred. Equivalent relevant experience may substitute.

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant project team-based work experience.
