The Employee Experience Coordinator (EEC) is responsible for supporting and executing programs that create an engaging, inclusive, and connected employee experience across the organization. This role partners closely with the Sr. Director of Employee Experience to coordinate company-wide culture initiatives, employee recognition programs, onboarding and offboarding experiences, wellness programming, volunteer opportunities, and employee events.

Employee Experience

  • Coordinate logistics for new hire onboarding to ensure a welcoming and engaging experience.
  • Facilitate new hire orientation sessions, delivering company culture, values, key company history, and employee experience content.
  • Gather and analyze new employee surveys (60 day survey, etc.) with department leadership to seek feedback, identify opportunities for improvement, and ensure successful integration into the organization.
  • Assist with employee offboarding processes, including exit logistics and employee experience touchpoints.
  • Help maintain and improve employee experience resources and programming documentation.
  • May support other employee surveys and assist with compiling participation data.
  • Partner with Communications Coordinator on upcoming employee communications promoting upcoming events, initiatives, etc.

Company Culture & Employee Engagement

  • Coordinate monthly employee engagement activities across corporate offices and support local site-level engagement initiatives.
  • Plan and execute company celebrations including appreciation events, holiday parties, milestone celebrations, and other special events.
  • Coordinate logistics for company outings, volunteer events, wellness initiatives, and employee contests.
  • Partner with departments across the organization to support internal team-building events and employee engagement activities as requested.
  • Serve as administrative and logistical support for Corporate and Property Culture Clubs.
  • Assist with the coordination of the Find Your Flock (FYF) program, including organizing participant groups, developing monthly discussion topics and resources, distributing program materials, etc.
  • Assist the Sr. Director in implementing Culture Club initiatives and annual engagement calendars.
  • Maintain engagement calendars and event planning timelines.
  • Travel occasionally to support major company events and initiatives.

Recognition Program Assistance

  • Coordinate administration of employee recognition programs
  • Manage employee milestone programs including work anniversaries and service awards, birthdays, life-event acknowledgements, Employee Appreciation Day/department recognition gifts/planning, new hire gifts, etc.
  • Maintain recognition tracking and ensure timely ordering and distribution of gifts and awards.
  • Recommend new ideas to enhance employee appreciation and recognition efforts.

Miscellaneous Support

  • Track participation and help communicate program outcomes and successes.
  • Partner with Sr. Director on BPO team member experience, including participating in monthly BPO check-in calls, invoice review/approval, coordinating special celebrations/recognition, ensuring semi-annual swag delivery occurs, etc.
  • Serve as a resource for other departments as it relates to employee experience, special recognition ideas, etc.
  • Other duties as assigned. 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Communications, Business, or relevant experience.
  • 2–4 years of experience in employee experience, human resources, event planning, hospitality, marketing, internal communications, or related field.
  • Experience planning corporate events or employee engagement initiatives preferred.
  • Experience supporting multiple locations is a plus.
  • Creative thinker with enthusiasm for employee engagement and culture.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple events and deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to travel up to 15% of the time. 
  • Valid driver’s license in the state of residence.

Skills Required
