Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Hospitality, Communications, Event Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1-3 years of experience in employee engagement, event coordination, office administration, hospitality, HR support, or related role
- Experience coordinating events, employee programs, or projects involving multiple locations or stakeholder groups
- Experience coordinating vendors, budgets, invoices, and event or office logistics
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel between company locations as needed
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, and Excel
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills with strong attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and experience creating presentations, flyers, and employee communications
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Ability to work independently while maintaining accountability, strong problem-solving skills, and sound judgment
