In this role, you’ll be at the heart of fostering team spirit by supporting the planning, execution, and communication of a wide range of engagement initiatives — both virtual and onsite.
This position calls for someone who is creative, brings fresh ideas to energize employee experiences, is organized and able to manage multiple initiatives smoothly, and thrives on building a positive, connected workplace.

What you will do Employee Engagement Specialist
Employee Engagement
Be the spark that lights up our workplace!
  • Plan and execute monthly engagement activities that inspire, energize, and unite our team.
  • Lead the charge on major events like the Summer Getaway and our dazzling Year-End Party.
  • Partner with both internal teams and outside vendors to bring your event visions to life.
  • Gather feedback to constantly raise the bar for future initiatives.
  • Keep our engagement calendar up-to-date and make sure everyone knows what fun is around the corner!
Administrative Coordination
Behind every great office is someone who keeps things in check. That’s you!
  • Ensure our office spaces and equipment are always in top-notch condition.
  • Track, tag, and manage office assets — you're the guardian of the gear.
  • Stay ahead of supply needs so we're never caught without essentials.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment.

Qualifications & Skills – What We’re Looking For
  • Prior experience in employee engagement, event planning, or admin support
  • High school diploma required, Bachelor’s in HR, Business Admin, or related field preferred
  • Must be willing to work onsite
  • Occasional offsite events and Flexible hours during event days
Core Competencies
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Creative with a flair for planning engaging activities
  • Efficient multitasker with solid time management
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively
Technical Skills
  • Proficient in Canva (for event materials & graphics)
  • Skilled in Excel (inventory & budget tracking)
  • Strong in PowerPoint and Word for presentations and documents
Preferred Skills
  • Basic budgeting knowledge
  • Experience with vendor coordination & event logistics
