SWBC is seeking a talented individual to be responsible for assisting with employee engagement, building related events and expense reports and supporting administrative tasks.

Essential duties include the following:
- Responsible for building out employee engagement activities.
- Develops calendar of events.
- Assists with employee engagement events on site.
- Administers employee recognition.
- Celebrates employee work anniversaries, birthdays, holidays, and professional accomplishments.
- Processes expense reports.
- Helps with client site visits.
- Assists with employee travel.
- Orders and fully stock break room.
Serious candidates will possess the minimum qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience administrative support or related experience.
- Able to type at least 50 wpm accurately.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Proficient with on-line computer communication operations.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and telephone etiquette skills.
- Able to communicate, both verbally and in writing, with all levels of individuals.
- Ale to work under sometimes stressful conditions while maintaining professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Able to lift 10-20 lbs. of files, marketing materials, manuals, or supply boxes.
- Able to stoop, kneel, and/or sit for long periods of time.
- Able to travel locally to attend and/or host scheduled or spontaneous sporting or other various events.
