Primary Function:
Ensure process-compliant batch release for downstream process steps.
Key Responsibilities:
- Independently review batch documentation, including all necessary tasks (e.g., manufacturing records, internal complaints, inspection orders).
- Ensure effective deviation management, including the preparation of internal complaints.
- Perform batch releases (e.g., for semi-finished goods or goods receipt).
- Prepare required documentation according to internal specifications (e.g., control charts, evaluations).
- Conduct pallet releases and special measurements in compliance with specifications.
- Coordinate certificate procurement and manage inspection lots as instructed.
- Completed vocational training (3 years) in quality assurance or a related field.
- 1-2 years of professional experience in quality assurance, with a focus on batch documentation and release processes.
- Practical experience in identifying and managing risks within quality assurance processes (1-2 years).
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, manage competing deadlines, and deliver results under time constraints.
- Proficient in using computer applications, including MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and spreadsheet tools.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and management.
