Employee Administration Specialist is responsible for efficiently managing various POP administrative tasks related to employee records, benefits administration, onboarding, and offboarding. They ensure accuracy, compliance, and a positive employee experience throughout these processes. Additional responsibilities include mentoring team members.
Main responsibilities:

  • Employee Record Management: Maintain accurate and up to date employee records, including personal information, employment contracts, payroll information, timekeeping and documentation related to employment status changes.
  • Ensure confidentiality: Update records promptly upon employee status changes.
  • Benefits Administration: Assist employees in the enrollment process for benefit programs, providing information and assisting with forms and documentation.
  • Employee Journey: Provide administrative support for any stages of employee journey. Assist onboarding of new employees, changes for current employees by updating employee records and ensuring necessary documentation is complete.
  • POP documentation Policies: Maintain POP documents, policies, and procedures. Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant employment laws.
  • Compliance and Legal Requirements: Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws, regulations, and company
    policies. Stay updated on changes in labor laws and regulations to ensure adherence.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Build relationships with POP colleagues, Payroll, employees and other stakeholders, providing administrative support that contribute to their success.
  • Industry Research and Best Practices: Learn about industry trends, research, and best practices in POP area.
  • Mentoring: Mentor and support more junior team members.

Qualifications:
 

  • Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field 
  • 2+ years of experience in the HR Area, preferably in an international company 
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language (knowledge of additional language is a plus)
